Reunion Resort – Rustic Wedding

Reunion Resort – Rustic Wedding

Often we are contacted by brides who are looking for a classic wedding with all white floral, sparkly high heels and blush bridesmaids dresses. This was not that wedding. This was a perfect mix of country and elegance, right down to the boots. Having come from Kentucky, when a bride saids she wants thistles, wheat and white wash boxes, it makes sense that we should work together.

The bride wore a gorgeous lace gown with brown embroidered Corral boots. She carried a bouquet of anemones, thistle, wheat, roses and spray roses. The maids were in blue knee length gowns carrying ivory, blush and peach roses. The aisle was lined with burlap and lace wrapped mason jars with babies breath. The tables were set with two different types of centerpieces. One style was a few mason jars with floral, a wood slice, lantern and votives. The second style was a lush floral piece in a white wash box with squatty mason jars with floating candles.

Gaylord Palms – Thai Ceremony

Gaylord Palms – Thai Ceremony

Earlier this year we had the honor of working with Candy and Eventrics Weddings to design her wedding at Gaylord Palms here in Orlando, FL. She wanted a very feminine and lush feel to her ceremony and reception. We helped her take a few pictures she liked on Pinterest and combine some looks to get the style she was dreaming of. From the custom birch structure, we added curly willow, hydrangea and a lush combination of four different varieties of roses. This gave us the depth in color we were striving for. Then we added a combination of hanging flowers and crystals to give the illusion of of rain and a beautiful backdrop.

Candy carried a round bouquet of hydrangea and roses. Their reception was set for 200 in the Gaylord Ballroom with lush floral and gold linens. Their sweetheart table was set on the stage with uplighting and a floral monogram above head. Accents of mercury, candles and gold set the look for a royal couple. We enjoyed working on this gorgeous design for Candy for her Thai Ceremony.

This wedding was published on 10/24/17 on Maharani Weddings. Click here to view their blog on this gorgeous wedding.

Mystic Dunes, Blushing Bashful

Mystic Dunes, Blushing Bashful

McKenzie and Baylin’s wedding at Mystic Dunes was nothing but pretty in pink! Mckenzie was such a sweet bride who came to us with a gorgeous vision of blushes and ivories that we loved to bring to life. Her bouquet was filled with stunning blush peonies, white O’Hara roses, blush astilbe, and luscious greens for texture. The ceremony had a sweet cross arrangement that set a lovely background for the guests to enjoy. It was such a pleaser working with this lovely couple. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for the new Mr. and Mrs.

Bella Collina – Tuscan Elegance

Bella Collina – Tuscan Elegance

Daniel and Jessica’s day could not have been more perfect. On a sunny Saturday in April, Montverde provided a stunning backdrop on a day this couple will never forget. The wedding was filled with deep, jewel-toned blooms ranging from an extensive arch piece to their reception centerpieces. We loved the bride’s adventurous side that allowed us to add some lesser seen product, such as the gorgeous red Amaranthus, Celosia as well as use one of our favorite flowers – Peonies! This elegant wedding matched the venue’s “Spirit of Tuscany” perfectly and combined to create one of the most gorgeous events. We are so glad we got to be a part of their day!

Orlando Science Center – Dangerously Romantic

Orlando Science Center – Dangerously Romantic

When a bride comes to us with an inspiration that includes succulents, rosemary, lavender and eucalyptus, they have our attention. With an inspiration photo of a bouquet, we created a stunning bouquet for her and her maids dressed in mint. They stood in front of a white arch with floral of lavender, white and greenery. The cake was topped with a bride and groom dinosaur, yes you heard that right! We dressed the cake with cascading floral, succulents and greens. This was a dangerously romantic wedding that we were thrilled to be part of!!

Mission Inn-Turquoise Romance

Mission Inn-Turquoise Romance

When you can feel the love between your bride and groom, it truly makes our job easy! For this gorgeous turquoise wedding, the groom made sure every single detail was done correctly. He was very meticulous, because his bride was finishing up school and he took the reins on the wedding so she didn’t have to worry about a thing. To start, we created the wonderfully fragrant brides bouquet with o’hara garden roses, freesia, and ranunculus and to add texture we added brunia and seeded eucalyptus. We carried that flower selection through to her brides maids bouquets and on our birch wood arch design.

The reception was glowing from wall to wall! For the centerpieces, we filled tall cylinders with twinkle lights so when the lights we dim the room would sparkle. The floral arrangements on top were created with white hydrangea, freesia, and blush roses. We covered the fireplace with candles and lights. However, the room wouldn’t have looked the same without those gorgeous turquoise linens from Over the top!
