When all the pretty things come together for the cutest clients! Working with Gracyn and her mother to create the dreamiest of weddings for her sweet daughter was so much fun. I learned so much about her story in the short time we worked together. Not only does she celebrate her birthday, but she celebrates her Heart birthday as well. Gracyn invited their closest friends and family but also her heart surgeon.

I loved their inspiration board when they first came to me. When they asked if we could put greenery on the ceiling, the answer was YES of course we can. We immediately called the planner and lighting company, Fyerfly and coordinated our resources and timing. Something like that doesn’t just happen. We needed extra time, ladders, staff and rigging to do it properly and safely.

The largest obstacle we had to this wedding was 200 guests with a full room flip from ceremony to reception. The greenery went up that morning, set the chairs and cross with flowers and candles down the aisle. After the guests made their way out the room we went to work!

Cylinders were pre-filled with water waiting on their time to shine. We rolled in so many carts of rentals and after the tables were set in the right place and linens were down, it was GO time!

Candles were shining, greenery was flowing and the champagne was popped! It was time for a party! And these families knew exactly what to do. Put on your sneakers and let’s dance.
