Designer - Level II
Bluegrass Chic is a full-service wedding and event floral design company based in Orlando. For 13 years we've built a reputation for lush, layered, elevated design, and we're looking for an experienced designer to grow with our team.
We're hiring a Designer, Level II. This role is for someone who already knows their way around wedding and event floral design and is ready to work with limited supervision, taking design work from concept to flawless execution.
What you'll do:
Design and build florals for weddings and events, from personal flowers to large-scale installations
Execute designs with limited oversight, using your own judgment and experience to problem-solve on site and in the shop
Work alongside our Master Designers and Lead Designer to bring each client's vision to life
Maintain the quality and consistency our clients expect on every event
What we're looking for:
Experienced floral designer with hands-on wedding or event design background
Comfortable working with limited supervision
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to keep pace in a fast-moving studio environment
Available for Friday and Saturday events
Pay: $18 to $26 per hour, based on experience.
Bluegrass Chic is a full-service floral and decor studio serving Central Florida from our 11,000 square foot studio. We believe in building real careers for our design team, not just filling shifts.
Event Setup and Shop Assistant - Level IV

We are seeking a few drivers and setup assistants for our events and weddings to join our hardworking team that has a lot of fun along the way.
