Job Duties

• Serve as the first point of contact for new inquiries

• Assist with client communication timelines and follow-up

• Coordinate final detail confirmations prior to events

• Maintain exceptional client experience standards

• Manage and schedule social media content (Instagram and Pinterest)

• Content creation (captions, blogs, newsletters)

• Maintain website updates and portfolio uploads

  Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in client relations, marketing, or event industry
