'Tis the season to celebrate, and what better way to usher in the holiday spirit than with a corporate bash that transforms a ballroom into a Norwegian winter wonderland? We recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Lora Wardman Events and Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld for a grand corporate holiday party that left guests enchanted and in awe. With a breathtaking theme, 75 guest tables, and a myriad of unique designs, our team at Bluegrass Chic worked tirelessly to make this soirée a winter wonderland to remember.

At the heart of the celebration were 75 distinct guest tables, each adorned with its own unique winter-inspired design. One show-stopping look featured massive frosty floral arrangements, resembling a winter garden with branches elegantly sticking out, creating an ethereal and enchanting atmosphere. Another design showcased large winter tree branches, serving as the focal point, with a floral base and candles adorning the table for a warm and inviting ambiance.

For a touch of opulence, lush low elongated compote centerpieces adorned some tables, creating a sense of intimacy and sophistication. Long, skinny birch wood covered boxes stole the spotlight on other tables, housing mini birch trees that lit up the room, complemented by candles and a wintery floral arrangement inside. These designs seamlessly blended elegance with the magic of winter, creating a visually stunning setting for guests to enjoy.

Undoubtedly stealing the show was our pièce de résistance – a 16ft tall inflatable igloo. This whimsical creation became an instant hit and provided a unique and Instagram-worthy moment for guests. Complete with a luxurious lounge sofa, chairs, and table, the inflatable igloo offered a cool retreat within the winter wonderland. Its presence added a touch of playfulness to the event, giving guests the perfect spot to relax and soak in the festive atmosphere.

The main focal point of the evening was the meticulously designed DJ stage, which served as the beating heart of the celebration. The stage was transformed into a winter paradise, featuring hanging shining crystals along the back wall of black pipe and drape. A mini forest of flocked Christmas trees with glowing lights, lamp posts, and faux snow surrounded the DJ booth, creating a mesmerizing scene that captivated everyone in attendance.

In collaboration with Lora Wardman Events and Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, our team at Bluegrass Chic had the privilege of turning a corporate holiday party into a Norwegian winter wonderland. With 75 uniquely designed guest tables, an inflatable igloo that stole the show, and a DJ stage that served as the epicenter of the celebration, this event was a testament to the magic that happens when creativity and vision come together.
