Dreamy Garden Style Floral At Bella Cosa

Nestled along the water's edge in Lake Wales, Florida, the historic Bella Cosa provides a dreamy setting for any wedding. Its stunning architecture and serene waterfront views make it a dream location for couples seeking elegance and charm. Recently, we had the privilege of designing a whimsical garden-style wedding for a breathtaking day at Bella Cosa.

The theme featured a relaxed yet sophisticated mix of light blue and white blooms paired with organic greenery. The natural, effortless look blended perfectly with Bella Cosa’s timeless beauty, creating a scene straight out of a fairy tale.

Our bride carried a delicate and enchanting bouquet filled with tulips, campanula, ranunculus, delphinium, orlaya, roses, stock, and scabiosa. This curated selection gave an elegant wildflower feel, with soft, airy textures and a harmonious color palette. It was the perfect accessory for her ethereal bridal look, embodying a natural grace that mirrored the venue’s peaceful surroundings.

The couple exchanged vows on Bella Cosa’s lower lawn, with the historic building and a majestic tree serving as their backdrop. For the ceremony focal point, we designed a deconstructed circle arch adorned with organic greenery, light blue and white blooms, and lush ground gardens at its base. The asymmetrical design gave it a modern yet whimsical touch, seamlessly blending with the natural elements around it.

Guests were welcomed down the aisle with floral arrangements displayed in woven baskets, each bursting with garden-inspired blooms. These charming touches added warmth and intimacy to the already stunning scene, making every step down the aisle a memorable experience.

As guests moved to the upper terrace for cocktail hour, they were greeted by trendy white fringed umbrellas that provided shade and style. Delicate white and blue porcelain bud vases graced each table, each holding all white tulips - to echo the wedding’s understated garden theme. This simple yet thoughtful design brought an air of effortless sophistication to the outdoor setting.

Inside Bella Cosa’s elegant ballroom, the garden-inspired theme continued to shine. The tablescapes were a vision of romance, featuring lush, whimsical compote centerpieces surrounded by floating candles. Whether on long or round banquet tables, this lush short design was the perfect fit for an intimate romantic reception! We even repurpose the floral from the Start of the Aisle and the base of the Arch for the Sweetheart Table - bringing everything together!
