Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Urena

Artistic Wedding at the Art Museum

When Coralys came to us with her ideas for her unique wedding at the Maitland Art Center, we were surprised and excited to execute her vision. She wanted to compliment the contemporary art at the museum. This included use of cinder blocks and galvanized tin. Getting to dress up these items with gorgeous blush and white floral was a dream. Coralys had two must haves for her bouquet-dahlias and succulents. And the texture that these two provided in her bouquet was out of this world. She came into her consultation with an inspiration photo from Pinterest and wanted something “very similar to the photo.” Having inspiration photos on Pinterest helps us immensely to see what you’re looking for.

Coralys and Marcel’s love can be felt from a mile away- I think you can tell from the emotions in these photos the amazing Rudy and Marta took. From start to finish, this wedding was jaw-dropping. Maitland Art Center is so beautiful on it’s own, it doesn’t take much to dress it up for ceremony. We began the aisle with the cinder blocks decked in moss and floral for a pop of color. These pieces were later repurposed as centerpieces for guest tables. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a meal from Cocktails Catering under a tent placed on property. Jeff from White Rose Entertainment kept these guests out of their seats all night. And these guests loved every moment of it. We loved how different this wedding was, and this team of vendors was awesome! Congratulations Coralys and Marcel!
